Here are some delicious foods that are packed with skin-healthy vitamins and antioxidants so that you can feed your body from the inside.
Fruits such as oranges and peaches are high in vitamin A that promotes skin-cell renewal. Vitamin C-rich kiwi and berries are high in antioxidants that destroy free radicals and help to replenish collagen so skin stays young and firm.

Salmon and tuna are a great source of essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6) and help to reduce inflammation that can result in clogged pores and acne. Nuts such as almonds are great snack foods that are skin-savers too.
