Our 1,500th Fabric Face Mask Donation!

Our final batch of Fabric Face Mask donations includes our 1,500th mask donation. A year ago this month, we coordinated a team of artisans and we started sewing. Our all-female team did not hesitate to join in the effort for essential workers and for our community. We applaud each team member on this International Women’s Day for their dedication and selflessness in helping us all stay safe and well. Together, our team donated nearly 3,400 masks. We’re grateful for being able to work with such super women and for lifting us all up during a time of need, helping us feel more positive and hopeful each day. ❤️

Supporting and Rebuilding Local Small Businesses

It’s still the season for giving! So beginning today until Sunday, February 21st, 100% of our Fabric Face Mask sales * will be donated to Welcome to Chinatown ‘s Longevity Fund. This upcoming Lunar New Year begins on Friday, February 12th as we welcome the year of the Ox, characteristics of which are diligence, dependability, strength and determination. On this Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for the fourth consecutive year. Our donations help to fund essential research to find cures for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. “No More Chemo” parties are held when a young St. Jude cancer patient finishes chemotherapy treatments. Let’s help them have more of these celebrations.

We reached a milestone…

Dear NS Fans:

We hope you’re doing well and ready for the weekend!

We’ve been keeping busy on our end and we reached a milestone! With 120 days…21 facilities…8 cities…3 states…we celebrated our 1,000th fabric mask donation! Four months ago, we never imagined that we would achieve this goal. Yet, we remained determined and focused on helping our frontline workers. After sewing and donating our 1,000th fabric mask, we took a few days away from our sewing machine. But now, we’re back at it! We’re immensely grateful to the superhero doctors, nurses, and essential workers who continue to work tirelessly for us all. Thanks to everyone for helping us achieve this charitable milestone! We’re stronger, together.

These fabric face masks are on their way…

When our lives were suddenly turned upside down, we focused on helping our frontline workers who are caring for all of us.

We paused our lives, got a new Brother sewing machine (our old one was missing parts), received some beautiful baby blue mermaid fabric donated from Birch Fabrics, learned about sewing materials and patterns from Deaconess Health, The New York Sewing Center, and multiple Youtube videos, and coordinated a team of talented artisans.

In a little over two weeks, together we’ve shipped nearly 900 masks and we’re making more. Our heartfelt thanks to all the first responders, doctors, nurses, and essential workers for helping to keep us all going! We’re getting through this together.
